The DeskTracker speeds check-in and check-out in Record Rooms. The adjustable read range provides configurability to each specific situation. At the maximum read range over a hundred Record can be read all at once.

In cubicles the DeskTracker implements FileTrail's Passive Tracking concept, automatically updating the locations of Records as they move. Our clients with coverage at every desktop never lose a Record and never search for Records.
